Firstly, we are happy that you found us online, and decided to look at Cisco VoIP Phone Repair and Refurbishing as a valid option.  Each phone goes through our complete process of repair and refurbishing.  We disassemble each phone, fix any cosmetic breaks or cracks, disinfect and fully prepare each for paint.  We then use a High-Endurance, High Quality automotive paint that is color-matched to the Cisco color, and paint your phone so that it looks brand new.  We use a custom built screen to reapply your Logo and Phone Model to each phone.  Our technicians then repair all issues with your phone, and preemptively repair known trouble spots of the Cisco IP Phones, such as Hookswitch failures, Firmware booting errors, and PC Connectivity issues. We have found that the main problem, with most of the Cisco IP phones, is the hookswitch will begin to fail rather quickly. Here at Idacom, this is covered within our two year warranty plan, so if your hookswitch fails again while under warranty, we will cover it free of charge.
