Cisco IP Phone Repairs and Refurbishing

By having your Cisco Phones repaired by Idacom, you receive a 2 Year Warranty, as well as new designation papers, a new handset cord and a new patch cord. Each phone that is refurbished by Idacom is painted with a High-Endurance automotive paint, and all breaks and dings are repaired. This way, your entire phone will look and work like new!
The main problem with these phones, is that the Cisco Hookswitch begins to fail rather quickly. Some Cisco Hookswitches will make it a year, others maybe will make it 4 or 5. Our Replacement Hookswitch (or Circle Switch) is the answer to your dropped calls. If you're phone "Only works on Speakerphone" then this is also your issue. To fully replace the Cisco Hookswitch, you will need to buy a Hookswitch (Circle Switch) and a Rubber Switch.
While we recommend you send your phones in for repair, we now offer the parts so you may try it yourself. We Guarantee that all parts will work when you receive them, but we cannot guarantee that it will fix your specific issue.
We have found that a large percent of the failures are due to an incorrect ROM Flash. This is the main reason we recommend you send your phones in to Idacom for repair. We will upgrade your phone to the latest firmware, and make sure that our repair fixes your issue. It is NOT recommended for just anyone to flash your firmware. If you think you know what you're doing, but you're not 100% sure, you would be better off to let our Certified Technicians do it for you.
