from a telephone—such as speed dialing, redial, call transfer, conference calling,
and voice mail access.

We use a custom built screen to reapply your Logo and Phone Model to each phone. Our technicians then repair all issues with your phone, and preemptively repair known trouble spots of the Cisco IP Phones, such as Hookswitch failures, Firmware booting errors, and PC Connectivity issues. We have found that the main problem, with most of the Cisco IP phones, is the hookswitch will begin to fail rather quickly. Here at Idacom, this is covered within our two year warranty plan, so if your hookswitch fails again while under warranty, we will cover it free of charge.
